Good property management should be about providing an excellent level of service, but sometimes the services offered have to be cut according to the budget available.

 If you run a property whereby costs are recharged to the tenants, your occupiers will not thank you for spending more of their money unnecessarily and worse still under many leases a landlord may not even be able to recover certain expenditure if it relates to items of improvement.

Like most domesticated pets, hamsters will generally clean themselves and prefer living in a clean environment. This does however mean that there is a need for you, the hamster’s owner, to play your part, by ensuring the hamster cage is always clean and supplied with fresh bedding.

The first thing to point out that your hamster will generally designate one or two areas of its cage for a toilet. To understand these requirements it is important to know why asbestos is dangerous and where it may be found. It is the fine fibres found in asbestos that can cause asbestos related diseases, mainly cancer in the lungs and chest cavity caused from breathing these fibres. Asbestos has good fire and heat retarding properties and because of this was used extensively in construction processes. There are three main types, known as blue, brown and white asbestos with the first two being the most dangerous. You can not tell the types of asbestos by looking at their colour however and any determination of whether a material is made up of asbestos should only be made as part of a professionally undertaken survey (by an accredited firm or person).

 
 
Moving office is not something you probably do regularly, if more than once or twice in your working lifetime.
